Meet Our Team

Rianda House appreciates the talents, skills, and personalities of each of our team members. We foster a collaborative environment where all ideas are welcome and employees see the value of their individual contributions to the organization.


Maury RobertsonExecutive Director. Maury brings decades of experience as an executive director which include starting a successful church in Yuba City, serving the homeless in Seattle, and most recently, working with the Vashon Island Growers Association. Amanda ColeProgram Manager. Amanda strives to keep older adults strong in mind and body, connected in meaningful relationships, and giving from the overflow of their lives. She comes to us from the San Rafael YMCA where she served as the wellness coordinator. She is a native of the Napa Valley and currently lives in Napa. Amanda earned a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and a Masters in Public Health.
Robin McGuireProgram Coordinator Before moving to Vineyard Valley in 2017, Robin was a flight attendant for Frontier Airlines. She is passionate about being involved in the community and has volunteered at the Chamber of Commerce, the Food Pantry and Adventist Health. She loves to travel. We are grateful that Robin has come out of retirement to add her vast experience to the Rianda House team. 

Katherine KellyDirector of Development Katherine comes to us from Menlo School where she served as the director of Alumni Giving & Engagement, raising over a million dollars annually. A lifelong resident of the Bay Area, Katherine started the Mavericks Roadhouse Café and cofounded the Mavericks Surf Competition. Katherine draws from a lifetime of experience and a deep well of compassion.

Toni Abdalla, Operations Manager. Toni works behind the scenes to manage the daily operations of Rianda House. She manages information flow, processes payables and receivables, and maintains all aspects of Rianda House facilities. She keeps our office humming even as she greets each person visiting Rianda House with a huge smile.


The Board of Directors is a group of dedicated professionals providing leadership in the overall strategy and governance of the center. They actively support the strength and growth of Rianda House.

Rianda House is fueled by our volunteer team. Volunteers give their time, talents, and expertise to super charge all aspects of the organization. Volunteers serve as greeters, behind the scenes support on special projects, and provide critical help organizing events and activities. We are grateful for each volunteer and invite you to contact our volunteer manager for more information - we certainly have a place for you!
